-HOW DO I REFER MY FRIENDS?

Submit your information directly to us through our webiste. Or, send us an email to info@artworksnow.org with the Subject Line: Refer-A-Friend. Be sure to include your first & last name and email address along with the first & last name and email address of each friend you’d like to refer.

Then, encourage your friends to view our classes and register without delay.

IF MY FRIEND IS ALREADY REGISTERED FOR A CLASS, WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE REFERRAL?

No. We must receive your referral before your friend completes a new registration. We can only apply RAF to new enrollments.

DOES RAF HAVE ANY OTHER CONDITIONS?

You must register for a class in the current session (i.e., winter, spring, summer, fall).

Your referral must complete a new registration for a class in the same session.

For RAF to apply, your friend must register using the name and email address you provided in your referral form/email..

RAF will be void if either your or your referral’s registration is canceled for any reason.

RAF offer expires when registration closes for the current session. All referrals must be received before the registration period ends.

I’M ALREADY ENROLLED IN A CLASS. CAN I STILL REFER-A FRIEND?

Absolutely.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLASS FILLS UP BEFORE MY FRIEND COMPLETES THEIR REGISTRATION?

RAF will not apply if your referral is unable to complete his/her registration. Submitting a referral does not guarantee registration. AWN classes are offered on a “first-come, first-served” basis. We encourage you to act fast to take advantage of RAF, as space is limited in each class.

HOW MANY FRIENDS CAN I REFER?

You can refer as many friends as you want and invite them to register for AWN programs.

You will receive a gift certificate for each friend who registers for a class, as long as all other conditions are met. You can only receive one gift certificate per friend that completes a new registration, but there is no cap on the number of RAF gift certificates you can receive.

WHAT IF MY FRIEND REGISTERS FOR A FUTURE SESSION?

Referrals made through RAF are only good under the current promotion and do not apply to registrations in a future session. For example, you will not receive a gift certificate if someone you refer under the winter RAF promotion registers in the fall. 

Each RAF promotion is independent and may have unique conditions and/or restrictions; therefore, you must start the registration and referral process from scratch for each RAF promotion. AWN offers RAF at its discretion and may not offer a RAF promotion for every class or camp session

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY FRIEND’S INFORMATION?

When a new registration is received, it is checked against our referral list.

AWN will email the new registrant to ask for the name of the person that made the referral. This step is necessary in case a registrant’s name is submitted by more than one person, as only one gift certificate can be issued per referral registration. The RAF gift certificate will be issued to the individual the registrant names as the referral source.

WILL YOU USE MY FRIEND’S EMAIL ADDRESS TO SOLICIT THEM FOR OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?

AWN will send an email to all referral contacts we receive inviting them to join our mailing list. The email may say that “a friend thought you might be interested in AWN programs” (or contain similar text) but we will not include your name as the referral source. This will be our only communication to RAF referral contacts unless they register for a class or opt-in to join our mailing list.

WHEN/HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?

AWN will automatically issue your gift certificate after:

1. 1.  someone you refer completes a registration for the current session
   2.  the registrant provides your name as the referral source
   3.  the registration refund period has passed.

Your gift certificate will be issued and emailed to you using the same name and email address that you used to register.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?

You may use your gift certificate toward registration fees for any future season AWN program or class(exceptions may apply).

Registration is required to redeem an AWN gift certificate, however a gift certificate does not guarantee a spot in any specific program or class.

Gift certificates cannot be returned, refunded, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift certificates expire four years after the date of issue.
